The Details

F2F Details

Q: Flow2Fest sounds awesome! How does it work? You ride bikes, collect passport stamps/stickers, hang out with other cool folks, and have a great time! We encourage you to attend as many locations and events as you can throughout Flow2Fest. If you're joining any pre-scheduled group rides please use the required RSVP link prior to attending the ride as most destinations will have a group ride size capacity. RSVP'ing early saves you a spot and really helps us with planning! Please cancel your RSVP if you can no longer attend, so others can sign up. Thanks, you're the coolest!

The majority of socials start after a group ride has ended. If a social event has different hours and/or additional important information, this will be listed in each destination section above.

Q: Where do I pick up my Flow2Fest passport? Printed passports will be handed out all weekend at the Flow State MTB Festival July 29-31. Find us at the NEMBA tent to pick up your passport. We will also have some Flow2Fest passports available for pick-up at Rooted Vermont July 30-31.

Q: How do I get passport stamps/stickers along the way? Each destination will have a variety of program offerings from which to obtain passport stamps/stickers. Collect stamps at both pre-scheduled, flexible offerings, and participating businesses. Check out each destination description above for a list of ways to get stamps/stickers at every stop. If in doubt, just ask, and say you are participating in Flow2Fest.

Q: How do I submit my passport and enter for a chance to win prizes? Flow2Fest passports can be dropped off during NEMBAfest at the NEMBA information tent anytime before Friday August 5 at 3:00pm. Participants must have collected at least 4 stamps, from anywhere along the route, to enter. Prize winners will be drawn at random and announced live on Friday evening 4:30pm in the expo area. Winners must pick up their prizes in-person during NEMBAfest (please have ID) before the festivals closes on Sunday at 2pm. A list of winners will also be posted at the NEMBA information tent for reference and prize claiming. Note: We will have lots of other prizes and swag available on-route during Flow2Fest thanks to the awesome partners and supporters of Flow2Fest.

Flow2Fest Draw Prizes:  one (1) Kuat Racks hitch mounted bike rack, NEMBA prize packs, one (1) VMBA prize pack, one (1) subscription to Mountain Flyer Magazine + t-shirt, one (1) Annual Family Membership to Craftsbury Outdoor Center, one (1) gift certificate for a night of glamping for 2 at Hub North ($100 value), and a Bike Borderlands prize pack.

PLEASE NOTE:

Although participation in the Flow2Fest program is free, please note that some riding networks (Craftsbury, Kingdom Trails, Saddleback Mountain) require users to purchase day passes to access MTB trails and group rides. Access to social events is free, but food and drink are to be purchased by individuals as desired.

Each local trail network may have destination specific rules either listed above or on their websites. We ask everyone be respectful of local trail rules. Please Ride with Gratitude.
