2023 NEMBAfest Camping

Reserve early- Limited spots available! 

 

RV/Van/Vehicle Camping – $70- Camping with your vehicle ( RV, van, car, truck, tow-behind trailer)  is available. The camping pass is good for one 15'x30' spot for Friday & Saturday nights. You can purchase a vehicle camping pass online when you purchase your NEMBAfest tickets.  One vehicle per site! Sites are assigned in order of arrival, if you want to be near a friend, you must arrive together. For the safety of you and your neighbors, once you are parked in a camping spot, you may not move your vehicle for the duration of the festival. If you need to leave early, please let festival staff know so we can help direct you out safely. 

 

Tent Camping – $50 – Tent camping is available!  Campground surface is hard packed dirt and tent stakes will not penetrate the ground, so please plan accordingly.  You can purchase a tent camping pass online when you purchase your NEMBAfest ticket. Pass is good for one 15’x15′ spot for Friday & Saturday nights.  After setup no vehicles will be allowed in the tent lot.  If you arrive outside of check-in hours you will need to walk your belongings to your site.

Camping check-in location TBD.  Please arrive during the times below so you can be checked in and issued your camping/festival pass.  

  • Thursday (1:00-5:00pm) Early camping only available for Volunteers

  • Friday (9:00am-5:00pm)

  • Saturday (8:00-11:00am)

 

CAMPING RULES & REGULATIONS: By purchasing a camping ticket you agree to follow all terms and policies listed on this page.

  • Pets are not allowed

  • No fires or open flames (propane camp stoves are fine)

  • No glass containers

  • No fireworks, illegal substances, or weapons

  • Secure all food at night (leave in car, closed in cooler)

  • Quiet hours from 11pm-8am (please respect your neighbors)

  • There will be water, showers, portable toilets, and public restrooms accessible throughout the weekend

  • All campsites must be cleaned up and vacated on Sunday, August 6th

  • Bring your own food, beverages, and ice, but NO GLASS!

The New England Mountain Bike Association and Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation are not responsible for loss/theft of or damage to your personal belongings.
