Additions for 2023......Shower trailers in campground, fillable water stations, designated camp sites so with the purchase of a ticket are guaranteed space, larger campsites with more room between neighbors. 

To improve camper experience we are limiting availabr camp sites, dont delay and purchas

 

Vehicle Camping – $75- Camping with your vehicle is available, pass is good for one 15'x25' spot. You can purchase a vehicle camping pass online when you purchase your NEMBAfest tickets.   

 

Tent Camping – $50 – Tent camping is available!  Campground surface is hardpacked dirt and tent stakes will not penetrate the ground, so please plan accordingly.  You can purchase a tent camping pass online when you purchase your NEMBAfest ticket. Pass is good for one 15’x15′ camp spot for Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights.  After setup no vehicles will be allowed in tent lot.  If you arrive outside of check-in hours you will need to walk your belongings to your site. 

Accessible camping spots are available on a first come, first serve basis.  Please send us an email so we can best assist your group. 

Camping check-in is located at Parking Lot C on the Sugarloaf access road.  Please arrive during the times below so you can be checked in and issued your camping/festival pass.  

  • Thursday (1:00-5:00pm)

  • Friday (9:00am-5:00pm)

  • Saturday (8:00-11:00am)

 

 

CAMPING RULES & REGULATIONS: By purchasing a camping ticket you agree to follow all terms and policies listed on this page.

  • Pets are not allowed

  • No fires or open flames (propane camp stoves are fine)

  • No glass containers

  • No fireworks, illegal substances, or weapons

  • Secure all food at night (leave in car, closed in cooler)

  • Quiet hours from 11pm-8am (please respect your neighbors)

  • There will be water, port-o-potties, and public restrooms accessible throughout the weekend.

  • All campsites must be cleaned up and vacated on Sunday

  • Bring your own food, beverages, and ice, but NO GLASS!

New England Mountain Bike Association and Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation are not responsible for loss/theft of or damage to your personal belongings.
